Individuals who work with financial advisors and report they have disciplined financial habits said they sleep better and are generally happier, a recent study found. Most adults (54%) report feeling “somewhat or very anxious” about their finances. The number of adults reporting financial anxiety drops to 46% for those working with financial advisors and 47% for individuals who identify themselves as disciplined planners.
