Most workers feel confident about retirement, survey finds

More than 70% of respondents in a recent survey said they are at least “somewhat confident” about retirement, and 80% of retirees said they believe they have enough money to cover expenses in retirement. However, inflation and the rising cost of living are top concerns cited by both workers and retirees. Most retirees said they are spending about what they expected in retirement. Still, one-third said the costs are higher than they planned.
